This website is operated by Faie Form, trading as FAÏE, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. For order and website enquiries, contact support@faieform.com. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases made through it, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Shopping with us

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Please provide accurate order and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Keep any account login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.

Product information

Read the description, materials, dimensions and care instructions for your selected piece before ordering. Materials and finishes vary between designs. Images aim to represent each piece accurately, but screens and lighting can affect how colour appears. Natural components may have individual variations. Any water-resistance, hypoallergenic or durability description applies only to the products for which it is specifically stated; it is not a guarantee that no individual sensitivity or reaction can occur.

Prices and payment

Prices and the transaction currency are displayed before payment. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges and discounts are shown at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases. Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout.

Orders and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, an obvious listing error affects an order, or we reasonably suspect fraud, we may need to contact you or cancel an unfulfilled order. We will explain the issue and refund any payment collected for cancelled items. We will not increase an agreed price without your consent.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refund Policy explain processing times, delivery, change-of-mind returns and the one-year manufacturing warranty. These policies form part of the purchase terms and do not override mandatory consumer rights.

Digital gift cards

FAÏE digital gift cards are offered in C$25, C$50, C$75 and C$100 denominations. They are delivered electronically and can be redeemed at faieform.com. They do not expire and have no maintenance fees. Unused balances remain available for a later purchase. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Please check the recipient’s email address before ordering and keep gift card codes secure. Contact support@faieform.com if delivery details are incorrect, a card has not arrived, or you believe a code has been lost or used without permission. We will investigate and explain what assistance is possible. Purchasing a digital gift card does not involve physical delivery. Change-of-mind gift card refunds are not offered, subject to applicable law.

Using the website

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, distributing malicious software or attempting unauthorised access. Original FAÏE website text, branding and imagery are owned by us or used with permission. Reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law.

Third-party services and privacy

Our store uses Shopify and other service providers for functions such as payments and delivery. Their services may be subject to their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and the choices available to you. Privacy enquiries can be sent to privacy@faieform.com.

Responsibility and consumer rights

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but occasional interruptions or errors may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective goods, personal injury or misleading information. We do not require you to waive statutory consumer protections.

Applicable law and changes

Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Changes to these terms apply prospectively.
